Rental price includes:

  • Use of bed linen, bath linen and kitchen linen
  • Consumption of electricity and water
  • Heating pool high season to 28 degrees
  • Super fast WIFI internet connection 

Rental price is exclusive:

  • Mandatory cleaning after stay (160 Euro)
  • Additional heating of the swimming pool outside high season to 28 degrees (15 Euro/day, only May/ 1st half of June -2nd half of September/October)
  • Pool and beach towels

 

Check-in from 4 pm / Check-out before 10 am

Reservations and Payments

After confirmation of the reservation, 50% of the rent is paid within 7 days.

The payment of the remaining amount and the deposit (500 Euro) must be made no later than 4 weeks before the start of the reserved period.

We will refund the deposit no later than 3 weeks after the end of the holiday period. Any damage or missing items will be deducted.

 

In case of cancellation by the tenant, the following fees are due:

  • More than 4 weeks before the arrival date: 50% of the rent
  • More than 2 weeks before the arrival date: 75% of the rent
  • Less than 2 weeks before the arrival date: 100% of the rent

Transport

If you want to visit some things on the spot, it is easiest to rent a car.

Airport transfer from and to Lisbon airport is possible up to 7 people upon request.
